Runs every Monday morning at Papamoa support centre on Hartford Ave, from 9.30am - 11am. All mums with pre-schoolers with mums welcome for a coffee, a chat, and for their children to have a play. The Original Gypsy Fair
Popular famous fair that comes to town only once a year, featuring thirty Gypsy families in interesting house-trucks and buses. Come check out these fabulous homes.
Wooden crafts, tarot reading, palm reading, open home, crystals, herbal products, LuckyStar coffee, funky clothes, silver jewellery, ethnic clothes, food, candyfloss, glass blowing, bouncy castle, hip accessories, tattooing and piercing, hand painted craft, pony rides, fork art, leather, minibikes and lots, lots more.
Live entertainment all day from our resident musician, Frank. Fire show by our village children. Muso's welcome, contact our Stage Manager.
Come along for a great weekend out.

Tauranga Christmas at the Races
People from the Bay know exactly how to celebrate the festive season in style. The atmosphere at these events is unparalleled as the track comes alive for two special occasions with live entertainment and spirited thoroughbred racing. Santa said he wouldn’t miss it for the world and will once again be there with some hot tips and a plentiful supply of sweets for everyone.

Kids Grinder 2011
Join us for a Free Swim at the Aquatic Centre after the race, don’t forget to bring your togs! Have fun on the Massive bouncy castle slide, cargo nets, huge swing bridge & loads of obstacles.
The Kids Grinder is a 2km fun run. It starts at Greerton Marist Rugby Fields lots of different activities for you to go through including tyres, slalom poles, a big inflatable, hurdles, cargo nets, etc. Next up, you'll make your way across the swing bridge and through the Polytechnic campus before finishing up with an inflatable at the Aquatic Centre. Parents are allowed to run it with their children if they wish.

Papamoa Mini Women's Expo

The first ever Women's Expo in Papamoa. This expo is to help promote our local home-based companies that are run by women!
We have a broad range of exhibitors attending, including health, beauty, women's & children's designer label clothing, jewellery, massage, home decor, photography & many more.
$1 from each entry fee is being donated to The Breast Cancer Society. There is childcare available at $2 per child while you shop, browse or relax. Also, there are free giveaways throughout the day. What more could you ask for? So come along for a fun day out.

White Ribbon Community Event and Tug Of War Competition
This exciting family event will include the appearance of the Super Maori Fullas and Patriots Defence Force on Motorbikes as they travel on their national tour. They arrive at Fraser Cove at 5.40 pm to a family event, with face painting, bouncy castle, samba drummers, Merivale School kapa haka, Dan the Puppet Man, sausage sizzle and more. You will hear from some of the riders and get to view their bikes plus enjoy a great MC.
The annual White Ribbon Tug of War Competition will commence at 6 pm with extended grandstand viewing this year. Register and win the White Ribbon Shield for your workplace or organisation.
Get a group of men together (you'll need 6) from your workplace, sports club or social group and enter the competition. Ph Mandy Fisher 571 7542 or email tmaps.nz@gmail.com to get a registration form.

2011 TrustPower Christmas Festival & Santa Parade
Sunday 27th November 2011 - the Parade is @ midday, and the Festival runs in Downtown the Mount from 11am until 2pm.
A free shuttle service will run from the Mount Sports Centre on the corner of Maunganui & Hull Road to Rata
Street to drop off passengers, & back to Hull Road via Totara Street. More details will be sent once finalised.
The festival runs from 11am until 2pm so there will be lots of free activities and entertainment for all ages
before and after the Parade so we hope you will come into the main street and enjoy the remainder of the festivities.
